Return for exchange or credit

  1. Returns for credit or exchange will be allowed only within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been tampered, scratched, or defaced will be allowed.
  2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before any returns can be made. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without this number.
  3. An RMA Request Form can be obtained from our sales representatives at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please include the RMA Request Form inside the package. The RMA number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
  4. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. All hardware and accessories included in the original package must be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
